Post EC Compliance is also part of EIA Notification 2006 and it is strictly complied as per conditions imposed while issuing Environment clearance for project. Project Proponent should get prepared and establish his project infrastructure for development of project/site simultaneously should send six monthly compliance status to MoEF/SEIAA.

12. Environnent Audit:
Vide circular No.J-11013/41/2006-IA.II (I) dated 24/3/09. & J-11013/41/2006-IA.II (I) dated 30/6/09. MOEF has informed that The Environmental Clearance Statement for each financial year ending 31st March in Form-V is to be prepared and submitted by the project proponent to the concerned State Pollution Control Board.

13. Energy Audit:
As per the Energy Conservation Act, 2001, Energy Audit is defined as "the verification, monitoring and analysis of use of energy including submission of technical report containing recommendations for improving energy efficiency with cost benefit analysis and an action plan to reduce energy consumption."
